AHMF research
The AHMF has commenced a program of research into areas where we see a significant need. To date the research has been community-based on line surveys. In 2006-7, we conducted an on line survey to determine participants’ risk of having acquired genital herpes, based on their self-reported sexual activities. In 2009, we released a “patient perspective survey” that examines patient attitudes to their management and treatment of genital herpes.
Summaries of our results, publications and presentations relating to AHMF research will appear on this page.
