Following the 2006 and 2007 educational forums, the AHMF produced DVDs of the forum proceedings. The physical DVDs are no longer available for distribution, but you can download the files to burn your own DVD.

Notes

The DVD format is suitable for viewing on equipment with larger screens or in public. However, the files are large and for people with slow internet connections or small screens, the following video formats may be preferable:

• YouTube videos embedded in pages
• MP4 files which can be downloaded and viewed on screen or in a portable device such as an iPod
